Due to our products being custom made, handstitched & “produced-to-order” to ensure a 100% no-waste environment, the time between ordering and delivery can vary.
What does this mean?
Once you place an order we start working on your items from scratch. The turnaround time is about 2-3 weeks – please consider this before placing an order that you would like to arrive on time for a specific date!
After your products are ready, packaged & dropped at the post office, a rule of thumb is:
Netherlands: approx. 1-2 working days (Tuesday-Saturday)
Belgium: approx. 1-2 working days
Germany: approx. 4-5 working days
Standard shipping in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany costs €4.99.
If you spend above €75,- shipping is free.
We treat every order as a special treat (whether they are for yourself, or somebody else), therefore they always come wrapped as a gift.
Each package contains a tag personalised with the name of the person ordering the items. In case you are ordering as a gift for somebody else, leave us a note at the checkout with their name and we will make sure to write the note specifically for them!
Our products are mindfully produced on demand, therefore due to the made-to-order nature of the items it is not possible to return them.
Customised items are made specifically for you, therefore you can’t return these either.
